MAD MEN x BANANA REPUBLIC
I plan to welcome the first day of March by heading over to Banana Republic to check out their second installment of their Man Men collection! The 40-plus piece spring collection was a collaboration with Janie Bryant, the show’s costume designer. The 60s inspired collection is just in time for me to get a Betty Draper inspired outfit for the return on Mad Men on March 25th. Prices will range from $35 to $355, with the most expensive dress at $150.
Even though I was a bit disappointed by the first capsule collection, I have high hopes for this spring collection considering this collection is inspired by the country club scenes. I’m ready to update my spring wardrobe with some sophisticated, ladylike pieces and florals! And of course, I appreciate any brand that tries to make men look more like the impeccably dressed Don Draper. Can’t wait to pick up a few pieces and throw a cocktail party that Betty Draper would be proud of!
